8859-1 fonts, oops sorry, you need mkfontdir command to update fonts.dir files

oops ... sorry, need to do mkfontdir for the respective directories to
get the fonts.dir files updated with the 8859-1 files.

mkfontdir /usr/share/X11/fonts/75dpi
mkfontdir /usr/share/X11/fonts/100dpi
