I am getting this error with initscripts because of this error.
Missing Dependency: hotplug is needed by package libnjb

This is a lib that Gnomad seems to be the only requirement when checking 
with rpm.

Will file a bug for libnjb.

For all other rpms that require udev, are they being addressed without 
the need for individual bug reports?
