Sorry to say that I won't be much help.

What ATI card?

I have not touched an ATI card since I purchased a new computer and
got rid of the card 20 days later.

My experience says it will depend on the card and the version of the
driver used. Search the archives as this has been discussed before.
Contact ATI which will be a total waste of your time if my experience
says anything.
