Known issue.  rpm -q --specfile foo.spec causes %define's to execute possible 
things, such as pkg-config.  If pkg-config isn't installed where the query is 
happening, boom, sh: line 0 fun.  I'll be cleaning these up later after I fix 
the non-building cases.
