Installing from local mirror on lvm

Hi,

My rawhide mirror is on an lvm partition. Is it possible to use it for
an installation?

When I use boot.iso it doesn't give me the option to use it. Trying to
mount the partition the lvm is on gets a 'Failed to mount partition'
error.

Since I already have the RPMS, is there another way to install the
test release? Is there a script available to generate ISOs from my
local repository?
