Without going through the legacy BIOS that Boot Camp provides, you're
not going to get any (accelerated) video support as the video drivers
all depend on things which the BIOS has done.  

Also, elilo is a bootloader is a major step backwards.  Hopefully grub2
will be in usable shape for FC7 at which point it starts to be more
palatable to consider booting directly from EFI.
