Package manager fedora core 6

I installed the Fedora core 6 and the package manager 
won't start ?
 
My M/C is IBM ThinkPad R52 Celeron Intel 910 Chipset with 512 RAM.
 
is this a bug or i need to re install the complete Fedora core
