yum access to fc6 mirror sites

Do you have the "fastestmirror" plugin enabled, by any chance? Because
it might be that ibiblio is the fastest mirror from wherever in the
world you are, and so yum is choosing it even though it's out of date.

Maybe try
- Disable fastestmirror
- yum clean all
- yum update
