F8T1 Add/Remove Software and Software Updater menu items crash (not, actually very delayed.)

Selecting either the Add/Remove Software or Software Updater menu
items results in the spinning cursor for a while and then it stops
without any window opening.

Executing pirut from a terminal has no output.

Oops, after many minutes, an Add/Remove software window just opened.
I managed to add a couple of packages.

I can;t find kdegames anywhere in the software offering.  yum install
kdegames does work.

Kdegames still doesn't include ksudoku, but ksudoku installs via yum.
