f8t1 install report

i've tried f8t1-kde-live-i686. it booted ok. then i've noticed i have no
network. service-network-restart fixed the issue. (probably NetworkManager
confused by two nic's.)
then i've installed to hard drive. install was clear and quick. the "unable
to inform kernel about modifications to sda5" error still showed-up. and
after 'ignore' something strange happened: the monitor complained it has no
signal and off it goes :) i thought the computer halted, but playing with
ctrl-alt-f* i've found out the system was still alive and installing.
anyway, after reboot, i was hitted by this bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=248926
only this time i didn't move anything :)
next thing i'll try is reinstall the kernel from rescue mode.
