Why are the contents of rawhide different for amd-64 than for ia-32?

The pungify process (which is what ends up creating images and doing
things such as exploding the GPG keys out of packages) failed on x86_64
for today's rawhide.   Hence the differences there

And the x86_64 tree is multilib, thus contains a lot of the i386
packages as well.
