Update Information:

Upstream nspluginwrapper discovered the actual problem of the Flash Player 9.0.115.0 crash.  nspluginwrapper was expecting multithreaded plugins to themselves link and initialize for multithreading.  nspluginwrapper now itself links to libgthread-2.0 and initializes multithreading in npviewer.

This update removes the previous workaround that restricted a browser plugin to a single core.  Multithreaded plugins like Flash Player 9.0.115.0 should work a bit more smoothly on multiple core systems after this update.
