The upgrade completed just fine without the "yum update yum" for me.
Only one snag.
I installed the rest of the bits and pieces of pulseaudio manually
using pup (yum in fantastically quick now BTW ... thanks for the great
work!) but pulseaudio does not start in Gnome logging in as my user
account that existed before the upgrade. If I make a new user,
pulseaudio works fine. I would imagine that there is some setting
buried deep in my gconf or another config file that is in my home
directory ... I just haven't found it yet. The GUIs for pulseaudio and
sound config haven't revealed anything either. Just that they can't
connect to the pulseaudio server.
