update killed X

[Ben Little]

My current Xserver version is:

Oct 02 21:07:32 Updated: xorg-x11-server-Xorg - 1.3.0.0-27.fc8.x86_64

I've heard that the update to x on 7.92 creates the same error condition
(reported on this list)
