Update for Smart Package Manager 0.52 ?

I don't think the yum repos are updated yet, but it's pretty damn easy to
get it if you want:

wget http://labix.org/download/smart/smart-0.52.tar.bz2
tar jxf smart-0.52
cd smart-0.52 && python setup.py build && sudo python setup.py install

Could be even easier if it was easy_install(able), but I don't think it is.
