F8t2 "Open With" not working in Nautilus

Oke it seems to work partly here.
look at this screenshot:

you see "Geany" twice.. that's wrong ion the first place and all i did
was:  "yum -y install geany" i didn't edited any files in that area.
Now when i click on the first geany link nothing happens (that was why
i confirmed this issue) but when i click on the second one it's all
just runing fine. so i might have confirmed this issue a little to
fast.
