I have the default (unencrypted boot as first partition, encrypted LVM pv 
as second partition, / and swap as the only lv's within that pv)

I got asked twice. The first was from the cryptsetup done by the init that 
runs out of initrd before the switchroot, and the second from rc.sysinit

Reason for the second one was that the /etc/crypttab generated by 
anaconda was wrong
