How to download a file without installing?

Here is a UK mirror with all of the F9 beta rpm packages.

Using your browser, go to the site and find the package you want.  Right 
click and select save as, saving it to a location on your PC.  Then burn 
it to a CD and carry it over to the laptop and install it using rpm -Uvh 
rpmname as root.

That should do it.
