OK I got impatient and downloaded the rpms from koji....
firefox-2.0.0.14-1.fc8.i386.rpm
firefox-devel-2.0.0.14-1.fc8.i386.rpm
yelp-2.20.0-9.fc8.i386.rpm
devhelp-0.16.1-7.fc8.i386.rpm  

However I note that:
Package devhelp-0.16.1-7.fc8.i386.rpm is not signed

I guess that needs fixing before these updates get pushed.

Hence to install once the rpms are downloaded to a local directory,
I did:
yum localupdate firefox-2.0.0.14-1.fc8.i386.rpm yelp-2.20.0-9.fc8.i386.rpm
devhelp-0.16.1-7.fc8.i386.rpm firefox-devel-2.0.0.14-1.fc8.i386.rpm --nogpgcheck
