What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Here is the relevant log:
[root at potoroo log]# cat libvirt/qemu/RebuildKnoppix.log
/usr/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 -M pc -no-kqemu -m 256 -smp 2 -monitor pty
-boot c -hda /var/lib/xen/images/RebuildKnoppix.img
-cdrom /var/lib/xen/isos/debian-40r1-i386-DVD-1.iso -net
nic,macaddr=00:16:3e:52:3f:3f,vlan=0 -net
tap,fd=15,script=,vlan=0,ifname=vnet1 -usb -vnc 0.0.0.0:1
bind() failed
[root at potoroo log]#

This is the first time since f9alpha that I've been able to try this, it
used to work better than this.
