I got similar messages before applying latest updates (My system is fully
updated to this morning, with the exception of :
bug-buddy
evolution
evolution-data-server
evolution-help
ffmpeg-libs
gvfs
kernel
libsoup

That have dependencies issues apart from kernel suffering from size issue...
