Testopia instance not working

Yep. spot noticed that parts of the Testopia codebase have licensing
that prevents us from packaging / using it in Fedora. We're looking into
solutions (re-licensing, replacing the offending pieces, etc.) but until
we hear otherwise from Legal-type folks, it's gone.

Alas.
