qt-devel symlinks broken (rawhide)

I do. But it gets even worse than that. :-)

I suspect that something run amok in a previous upgrade. FWIW package-cleanup 
does not report any duplicate or any problem with this system.

This meant that KDE would not start as the link to qdubs was busted as well. 
:-(

I will try to clean the system and see how it goes...
