KMail and KWallet

I have experienced breakage here.  kmail no longer asks for opening kwallet when fetching mail.  Instead, it always asks directly for my password to my imap server.  I can't figure out how to get the old behavior back.

I also noticed it asking for a wallet pw when I logout.
