I want to propose to not change bugs that block the any of the ExcludeArch 
tracker bugs, e.g.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=285361

I guess they are also meant to be open forever or until someone with the 
special knowledge fixes them or decides, that the application is not suitable 
for the specific arch.
