Can't upgrade F10 release candidate with F10 final

I have two encrypted LVs and if I enter the passphrases when anaconda 
prompts and then select the upgrade option OR if I click cancel on the 
enter passphrases prompt and select upgrade I get an error box saying 
one of the partitions is already mounted or is busy and system reboots. 
  It is not the root partition I am trying to upgrade.  Can't find a way 
around this to do an upgrade.  F10 release candidate was a clean 
install, not an upgrade to F10 beta.

Anyone else? Is this a known bug in anaconda?  Is it:
