Mirror links all broken?

Sorry, should have been more specific.  The "mirror list filter" at the
top appears to be completely broken.  For example, if I click on Fedora
-> 9, it sends me to the URL:

  http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/publiclist/Fedora/9/

Which says:

  Not Found

  The requested URL /mirrorlists/mirrormanager/publiclist/Fedora/9/ was
  not found on this server.
