rawhide: codeina and PackageKit-gstreamer-plugin conflict

Codeina is obsolete in Fedora. (I'm sure Fluendo (Codeina's upstream) will 
continue maintaining it out of Fedora, but Fedora will no longer support it.) I 
don't know why it didn't get obsoleted automatically, but removing codeina 
should fix your problem.
