XO: livecd-iso-to-disk.sh on rhel5 seems problematic

I honestly haven't tried it on RHEL5 -- it's entirely possible that
something in RHEL5 is too old to work properly.  A run of it with sh -x
might point out some other place we're depending on something newer.  If
so, I'm fine with taking patches for that ;)
