Howto start Bluetooth Mouse

The command is kbluetooth4.
$ kbluetooth4
KBluetooth is already running
The mouse is a Logitech and the dongle is Linksys USBT100, and they both 
worked perfect on FC9.
The question is where is the bluetooth Icon ?
