Fedora doesn't use radeonhd by default and isn't likely to. There are
personal, technical and political reasons behind the radeon/radeonhd
split, but let's say Fedora is pretty firmly on the radeon side, that's
not likely to change. So for Fedora purposes, it's best to spend your
time on testing radeon, not radeonhd :)

I really don't know much about your kernel bug, unfortunately. If you
think it could be related to the TV tuner card, try booting with it
removed?
