Xorg update hogs CPU :(

Yes, yes, the same here on one of three machines [1]:(
It is not that bad (not 91% percent, just 25-60% -- but this is enough too:)
As soon as I get to that laptop I'll post a link to smolt profile -- 
have you already file it somewhere in BZ?

[1] Unfortunately the machine of my girlfriend, which resulted into many 
complains and reboot into Windows :(
