I have removed the text from the QA front page, where it really doesn't
belong, and added similar text to the 'how to report bugs' page
( https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugsAndFeatureRequests ) and the
Rawhide page
( https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/Rawhide#Testing_Rawhide ). I
agree that it should also be on the list intro page, if someone has the
power to put it there.
