I'll give that a try, in the meantime
[root at localhost ~]# cat /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
# nVidia Corporation nForce2 Ethernet Controller
DEVICE=eth0
BOOTPROTO=dhcp
HWADDR=00:0E:A6:42:59:AF
IPV6_AUTOCONF=yes
ONBOOT=yes
USERCTL=no
IPV6INIT=no
NM_CONTROLLED=no # was no
TYPE=Ethernet
[root at localhost ~]#
I tried to use NetworkManager and it failed to give me an ip :(
Thanks,
Antonio
