Believe I'm seeing this as well.

Reported here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=504048
(along with Xorg.0.log, dmesg).

I am not seeing any messages in /var/log/messages nor in Xorg.0.log.

Appears to happen repeatably during "gtkperf" during the "combobox"
tests: I get no activity reported by "gtkperf", and I can't raise
lower other windows for ~10-20 seconds.
