This is an update to the latest upstream release. The following changes were
enumerated:    GChemPaint:  * Fixed text loading in groups.  * Fixed copying
text while editing a text or fragment object.  * Fixed loading integers in .cdx
files on big endian machines.    Mozilla plugin:  * Made it compatible with new
xulrunner API.    Other:  * Fixed various build issues (Daniel Leidert).  *
Fixed compilation issues with gcc-4.4.  * Do not call exit from a library.  * Do
not have unused direct shlib dependency.  * New zh_TW translation (thanks to
I-Yuan Chiang and his group).

Updates to revision 251 from upstream's repository, which includes bugfixes to
fix URL shortening when there isn't enough room left in the input box and fixing
broken "in reply to username" links. User tabs for identi.ca and Laconica are
now supported. Update from upstream revision 239, which enables integration with
the GNOME keyring and support for notification bubbles to detect capabilities of
specific microblogging services. Update from upstream revision 237, which
returns identi.ca URLs back to http:// (not merged into 1.0 branch), an error
window fix, and other minor bug fixes. Update upstream to r234, which includes a
bug fix in switching identi.ca to http://, localized time, changes to the
defaultsmall theme in tandem with default theme, and a new theme called
"funkatron".
