Help testing latest abrt-0.0.10-12.fc12

Just want to announce that I released a new abrt version, it's available
in my repo, as yesterday
CHANGES:
- nothing in abrt code changed, just re-enabled kerneloops plugin,
because the old kerneloops is not in F12
