Dependency problems on upgrade from F-11 to F-12

In 'rpm -q --changelog asterisk-1.6.0.15' you will find:
* Thu Sep 03 2009 Jeffrey C. Ollie <jeff at ocjtech.us> - 1.6.0.15-1
- Drop chan_mobile, too difficult to maintain as a patch

That is all I know about that and I have not a clue how such thing
should be handled.  "Obsoletes" in asterisk update packages?  At
least in asterisk-1.6.0.15-1 that seems to be there.
