I think the original problem I reported was different.
As in my bugzilla there were actually two problems, I opened a new
bugzilla only for the partition problem one

Here we are not talking about "System" column, but about "Boot" column, that
I hope is accessible by the installer, as it changes its values.... removing
the bootable flag originally set.
