Any alternative in F12 for /usr/bin/gnome-window-properties?

Hi all,

in F11 it's possible to configure a window's behaviour if traversing it 
with the mouse by using "/usr/bin/gnome-window-properties". This is a 
part of control-center. But I miss this program in F12 alpha.

Any alternative in F12?
