rawhide report: 20090908 changes

I notice that for some packages (such as alsa-plugins, bisho, inkscape,
and nss) which have multiple changelog entries on the same day, those
same-day entries are reversed, so that older EVRs within that day occur
first instead of last. 

Is that a known issue with the report script or shall I post it to
Bugzilla? And if so, what component would I file it under?
