Rawhide boots fine for me on VirtualBox (admittedly, VirtualBox is
running on Mac OS X, but that shouldn't make a difference). I would
actually recommend VirtualBox over qemu anyway, because as far as I
know, qemu doesn't provide the accelerated 2D and 3D graphics that
VirtualBox tries to provide in its Guest Additions. (Please note that
the version of the VirtualBox guest additions should be the same as
the version of VirtualBox running on the host, which won't necessarily
be the case if you "yum install" both of them.)
