yum upgrade still fails

Upgrade almost works by uninstalling the girepository and gupnp 
packages. You may reinstall them after.
In my case upgrade almost worked because grubby failed to update the 
grub menu (complaining about missing template),  I had to update 
/etc/grub.conf by myself.
