bogus images/README file on DVD

the boot.iso is no longer embedded in the DVD. the netinst iso is the boot iso  
it is also in /os/images/ dir on the mirrors  for example 
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/13-
Beta/Fedora/x86_64/os/images/boot.iso
