13 Beta netinst and live image sizes are bigger than ISO header size

The sizes of the Fedora 11 netinst and live images are all correct.  The sizes
of the Fedora 12 netinst and live images are all larger than the ISO header
indicates, with the exception of Fedora-12-ppc-netinst.iso which is the correct
size.  If netinst or live images between F11 and F12 were still available, this
could be narrowed down further.
