please push fedora-release-14-0.7 to Branched

Could this Koji version of fedora-release, necessary to go from Rawhide
to Branched, be pushed itself to Branched?  Currently, I have an install
of Branched obtained by a minimal install of F13 followed by installing
fedora-release-14-0.7 from

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=186885

and updating.  The problem is that if I do a yum distro-sync, it wants
to downgrade fedora-release to 14-0.6 and hwdata to 0.227-1.fc14, and
install fedora-release-rawhide as a dependency.
