Not Authorized (can't mount USB flash drive as normal user) Follow-up

I found the same for my rc3 install.  I just finished the rc4 from 8-13, the
mounting worked untill I did the 165 updates.
Plus, the shutdown function was there before the updates, now it is gone as
well.
