Users are supposed to test latest F14 mdadm update?

This is certainly suspicious.  It is old enough that it looks like a
boilerplate warning that hasn't been removed.  F14 *was* rawhide on
that date.

Do you by chance have updates-testing turned on?  Even if you don't,
the actual answer is that users are always testing updates, even on
proprietary systems. There is no way to absolutely test all effects of
changes to any reasonably complex piece of software.

As I said above, I think this is boilerplate from the testing period
that just wasn't removed.
