Simple script to help with bug-filing

This is a simple python script which expects to be given a srpm name as
a command-line argument.

e.g. 
  fedora-bug kernel
  fedora-bug python

etc.

It scrapes /etc/fedora-release and the RPM database, and opens up a web
browser directly at the correct page for filing a bug, with
product/component/rpm version/os_version prepopulated, so that you can
do the rest, hopefully saving a few clicks.
