Look at your grub.conf file again and look for the line below..

initrd /initramfs-2.6.33-0.44.rc8.git0.fc13.x86_64.img

See if yours has
initrd /boot/initramfs-2.6.33-0.44.rc8.git0.fc13.x86_64.img

If so, you may need to remove the /boot part of the path, especially if
you have a separate /boot partition.
